Rebekah Vardy reinventing herself as a documentary host

Wife of Footballer Jamie Vardy plans to host a documentary on her time as a Jehovah's Witness

 

TV fans will be able to see Ex-JW Rebekah investigating the world of Jehovah’s Witnesses in a new documentary series.

The star will travel across the UK to meet and interview members of Britain’s Jehovah’s Witness community - meeting those who follow and used to follow the religion.

A source told the Sun on Sunday: “She has decided to make this documentary as it’s completely different and a topic she cares strongly about.

“It could be the start of a new career move for her and she's excited.”

Rebekah has opened up about her life as a member of the Jehovah’s Witness community, having been raised as a member of the religion.

She said at the time: “I grew up as Jehovah's Witness and we didn't celebrate Christmas. It was horrible.

"My family were Jehovah's Witnesses. I wasn't allowed to celebrate Christmas. I feel like I missed out on so many precious times. That's why I go crazy with decorations now.

"I want to do everything I couldn't do when I was younger.”
